At least one author must register in advance with “Author fee”; one fee includes one paper:

Online registrations for in person attendance will close on 1 December 2024. Onsite registrations will then be available.

Online registrations for virtual attendance will close on 5 December 2024.

Your submitted long paper should be limited to 8 pages, but you can extend it for a maximum of 2 pages.
Workshops paper is limited to 6 pages; short paper is limited to 5 pages.
You can purchase maximum 2 extra pages per accepted paper.

Since we understand individual needs, we have also devised Virtual registration fees for those of you who may enjoy to attend virtually from home.

Please have your paper code ready at hand before registering as well as your IEEE membership no. and invoicing details. You may pay by credit card only, in US dollar only.

Papers for which none of the authors is registered will not be included in the conference program.

The VIRTUAL Registration Fee includes

Remote access to all sessions

Up to 1 paper upload for presentation and publication (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s) and select the Author fee)

Author registration fee is mandatory in order to have your paper presented and published

Students may be required to provide evidence of full-time student status

Payment Methods:

Credit Card: The fees listed above are applicable for credit card payments.
