If you do need a personal letter of invitation to attend Wi-IAT, please contact the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail at wi-iat2023@theoffice.it providing the following information:

Registration confirmation number (included on your confirmation email)

Copy of your passport with readable passport no. and personal details

Email address, mailing address

Accepted paper number and title (if applicable)

Please note that invitation letters can be issued only once registration fee for in person participation has been duly paid and copy of passport received. No invitation will be issue before registration is confirmed.
