The Docklands Campus is quite straightforward to locate, the following practical notes may be useful for participants:
  1. Walking access: Several nearby hotels are within walking distance. Participants can enjoy a pleasant 20–25 minute walk across the river, with a view of London City Airport, to reach the campus. The campus is open. In many cases, this is more convenient than taking the DLR, which involves waiting times and walking to and from stations.
  2. DLR train: Please note that there are no ticket barriers at the DLR exit. Travellers must remember to tap their cards when exiting the station to avoid incomplete journey charges.
  3. Campus directions: There is no need to go through the Information or Reception desk. Simply walk straight ahead for about a minute, then turn right — the West Building will be clearly visible.
  4. Bus access: Several bus stops are also located around the campus, providing convenient alternative routes.
  5. Prayer room: There are dedicated prayer rooms for male and females.

The only Costa Coffee shop is in the West Building (WB).
